CURRENT ACTIVITIES
Residential apartments and hotels
Our current activities concentrate on purchasing and selling of grounds, the construction of residential apartments and hotels and their management. We have won the trust of Hilton international hotel chain – one of the most recognized hotel brand in the world - and on the basis of the franchise agreements signed with Hilton we are currently executing the following two investment projects:
